This museum was highly recommended to us by the other museum in Portianou, but unfortunately, and even if we waited for more than an hour, the museum didn’t open its doors the day we decided to visit it. Local people were surprised and asked us to wait a bit more…but we decided to go & see the small harbor of Nea Koutalis and to have a swim in its gulf on the left of the small port…it’s something that you really have to do with a snorkel in order to see the extraordinary endless meadows of Posidonia.
