Anoula’s travel notebook.
Famous beach of the Crete Island it is surrounded by a palm grove, quickly crowded, it is the beginning of pretty walks along the sea.
If you take the path on the right of the beach, stairs will lead you towards another beautiful beach which is less full of tourists.
On the left of the main Vai beach, the path leads you towards Itanos beach and the Itanos archeological site. Short walk but nice to discover!
